- π« 1 tsp garlic salt
- π« 1/8 tsp freshly ground black pepper
- π« 1/2 tbsp olive oil (for cooking)
- π« 1 medium head romaine lettuce (6 cups), chopped
- π« 1/2 English cucumber, sliced
- π« 6 radishes, thinly sliced
- π« 1/2 small red onion (1/2 cup), thinly sliced
- π« 2 avocados, peeled, pitted and sliced
- π« 3 tbsp fresh lemon juice (from about 2 medium lemons)
- π« 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- π« 2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped

**Cook salmon:** Season salmon fillets with garlic salt and pepper. Cook them in olive oil in a pan until done to your liking.
**Prepare dressing:** In a bowl, mix lemon juice, extra virgin olive oil and fresh dill.
**Assemble:** Arrange romaine lettuce, cucumber, radishes and red onion in a large salad bowl.
