Clean, hull, and cut your fresh strawberries to reach 4 oz (120 g).
Place the fresh watermelon cubes into the bottom of your high-speed blender first (the high water content helps get the blades moving).

Pour into a tall glass and serve chilled immediately.

β οΈ Common Mistakes
- β
Adding Water or Milk: Do not add extra water, milk, or juice to this recipe. Watermelon is 92% water; adding more liquid will turn your rich smoothie into a runny, separated juice.
π Variations
Watermelon Berry Mint: Throw 3-4 fresh mint leaves into the blender with the fruit for an incredibly refreshing herbal punch.
Protein Booster: Add 1/2 cup of plain Greek yogurt to introduce a thick, creamy texture and a solid macro dose of protein.
π§ Storage
- π¦
Smoothies are best enjoyed immediately to avoid separation. If you have leftovers, pour them into popsicle molds and freeze them for delicious natural fruit bars!
π‘ Chef Tips
The Frozen Trick: For an incredibly thick, frosty smoothie texture without adding ice cubes (which water down the flavor), freeze your watermelon cubes for 2 hours before blending!
Layering Order: Always place the juiciest fruit (the watermelon) closest to the blender blades. It liquefies instantly, creating a whirlpool that pulls down the heavier strawberries without getting stuck.
