Frozen banana and dates, blitzed together into a creamy ice cream that needs no condensed milk. The banana provides the texture, the dates bring caramel sweetness β surprisingly indulgent, completely natural.

- π« 2 ripe bananas (previously frozen in slices)
- π« 3 dates (pitted)
- π« 1/4 cup (about 35g) cashew nuts
- π« 2 tablespoons powdered sugar (optional, according to your sweetness preference)

Make sure your bananas are well frozen (allow at least 4 hours in the freezer before preparing).
In a food processor, add the frozen banana slices, dates and cashew nuts.
Blend in pulses, then continuously, until you get a smooth and creamy texture similar to gelato.
If you want more sweetness, add the powdered sugar at this stage and blend again quickly.
Serve immediately for a smooth texture, or return to the freezer for 30 minutes if you prefer a firmer consistency.
