Easy Homemade Caesar Dressing

A creamy and quick-to-prepare Caesar dressing, without raw eggs and without anchovies. Perfect for enhancing all your salads.
Raw eggs, gone. Mayonnaise creates the same smooth, creamy texture the classic dressing is known for — a quick, safe version you'll reach for every time.
🥄 Ingredients
- 🫗 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 🫗 2 tsp Dijon mustard
- 🫗 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 🫗 2 garlic cloves, grated or pressed
- 🫗 3 tbsp fresh lemon juice (from one large lemon)
- 🫗 1/2 tsp fine sea salt
- 🫗 1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
- 🫗 1/2 cup mild or light olive oil (not extra virgin, as its flavor is too strong)
- 🫗 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan

In a medium bowl, combine mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
Whisk vigorously until smooth.
Slowly drizzle in the olive oil while continuing to whisk to emulsify the dressing.
Add the freshly grated Parmesan and mix until incorporated.
