- π« 1 1/2 lbs (approx. 680g) cucumbers
- π« 1/2 medium onion (red or yellow), thinly sliced
- π« 1 tbsp fresh or frozen dill
- π« 1/2 cup sour cream
- π« 1/2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- π« 1 garlic clove
- π« 1/2 tsp sea salt and a pinch of black pepper

Prepare the cucumbers by slicing them to your preference.
Slice the onion and prepare the garlic (minced or pressed).
In a bowl, mix sour cream, lemon juice, dill, garlic, salt and pepper to form the creamy base.
Add cucumbers and onions to the bowl and toss gently to coat all ingredients well.
