- π« 1 cup (150g) frozen blueberries
- π« 1 medium ripe banana
- π« 1 scoop (30g) vanilla whey protein
- π« 1 cup (250ml) low-fat milk
- π« 1/2 cup (120g) plain Greek yogurt
- π« 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- π« 1/4 cup ice cubes

Add the milk, Greek yogurt and whey protein to a blender.
Add the frozen blueberries, banana, vanilla extract and ice.
