🔄 Variations
Swap the apple for mango for a tropical twist.
Use pear instead of apple for a softer, milder pouch.
Add a sliver of fresh ginger for warmth and gut comfort.
🧊 Storage
- 📦
Filled pouches keep in the fridge for 24 hours.
- 📦
Freeze extra purée as cubes and refill the pouch fresh each ride.
💡 Chef Tips
Tip 1: Blend until perfectly smooth so the pouch nozzle never clogs.
Tip 2: Go light on the salt; a little replaces sweat losses without tasting salty.
Tip 3: Add water slowly so the pouch pours like a gel, not a juice.
